Upon arrival at Abbazia, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine sense of hospitality. Despite arriving after breakfast hours, the kind staff offered me snacks and drinks to satisfy my hunger. The location of the hotel is ideal, tucked away in a charming lane just off the bustling streets of Venice. The old building exudes character and the beautiful garden provides a peaceful retreat from the busy city. Plus, being close to the train station and airport shuttle bus made getting around easy. I would definitely choose to stay at this hidden oasis again. a wonderful experience at Abbazia.

Had a great stay at this lovely hotel for a few nights. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the train and bus station. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The breakfast had a good variety of options and the garden was a pleasant experience. The room was very comfortable and the bedding and towels were clean and of good quality. Would definitely come back and recommend to everyone.

The hotel's location is unbeatable - right in the heart of the action and close to everything. It's incredibly convenient - a stone's throw from the train station and a short walk to the ferry. The room was comfortable with a modern bathroom, and the staff couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was a highlight, with a varied selection of delicious options to choose from.

It made it so easy to explore the city and go on day trips. The rooms weresuper clean and cozy, with modern bathrooms that were a pleasure to use. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.

The size of the room. It was quite small and it was a bit of a struggle to move around, especially with our suitcases.

This hotel was conveniently located close to the train station, making it effortless to arrive with my luggage. Its central location also allowed me to easily walk to St Mark's Square. The breakfast offered many options and was a great start to my day. The staff was friendly and always willing to help.

This hotel is a great choice for stay in Venice. The location is very conveniently located close to train & bus stations in what was once a monastery. The staff is outstanding, always helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious with modern furniture and the beds are very comfortable. The bathroom is excellent with a shower. The breakfast, although with little options, is served fresh and is delicious.

As foreign tourists, we loved the warm welcome we received from the staff, making us feel right at home. The customer service provided by Nico and Mateo was outstanding, and they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to restaurants and public transportation. The superior room we booked was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast selection was excellent. The helpful receptionist provided us with great recommendations and directions for exploring the city.

Great location, close to bus, train and ferry terminals. The abundance and variety of breakfast was astounding. The staff was very helpful and thoughtful, they even packed us breakfast for an early train. we would definitely stay here again.

The main downside of our stay was the comfort of the beds. They felt old and lumpy, difficult to get a good night's sleep.
